1. Major in polymer materials or chemical engineering, college degree or above; under 50 years old

2. More than 3 years working experience in plastic processing enterprises

4. Excellent management and coordination skills, language, writing skills and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, able to lead the team to complete safety production tasks
